Support for residents
If you are a resident and something is wrong with a bill, a receipt or a complaint, the fastest route is usually your own committee, because the amounts and the rules are theirs. For anything that looks like a bug or a missing payment, write to us directly with your flat number and the transaction reference.
For committees
If you run a society of 20 to 150 flats and want to see OMO on your own data, say so in the email. We set up a walkthrough and, if it fits, a free three month pilot.
